BIMHUIS Composition assignment
The soprano saxophone plays a central role in her composition assignment, which brings together various elements: the sound of electric jazz from the 70s and 80s, rhythms from Indian music and the M-base ideas of jazz innovator Steve Coleman. For this assignment, Tineke Postma created a special group together with, among others, Fuensanta, Sun-Mi Hong and Jeroen Vierdag.
