The café is only accessible with a concert ticket for the BIMHUIS or the Muziekgebouw. Reservations for dinner can be made here.

Ordering Tickets
Check your spam! Nothing there? Then the online transaction may take too long. If you have any problems, please contact our box office: kassa@bimhuis.nl, or + 31 20 788 2150.
This is not necessary for payments with iDeal or the PodiumCadeaukaart. For payments with PayPal an additional € 2.50 will be charged per transaction.
When purchasing a ticket with us, you pay a service fee of 2,- per ticket, also known as service charges. All our ticket prices are inclusive of service charges. These costs are necessary to keep our organization running smoothly and ensure that you as a visitor have a pleasant experience.
We divide the service charges into three components:
???? Annual costs – We continuously invest in our ticketing system that allows you to quickly and easily purchase tickets online, with clear information about each event.
???? One-time investments – We provide well-functioning equipment such as fast scanners and printers, which minimize delays at entry and help you find your seat quickly.
???? Event costs – These include our cashiers and hosts who ensure a hospitable welcome and good flow at the entrance.

Waiting numbers are usually distributed at the checkout from 6.30 PM. At the start of the concert the uncollected tickets are released. So there is hope!
A reduced rate is available for students or Stadspas. We’ve also got the BIMHUIS card for visitors that go to our concerts often.
No, unfortunately not.
We Are Public members can make a reservation for selected concerts through the We Are Public website. Reservations can be picked up until half an hour before the concert starts.
Yes, you can order a BIMHUIS Podium Gift Card or give a CD/Vinyl from our label, BIMHUIS Records, as a gift via this page!
Plan your visit
The box office of the BIMHUIS is open on concert evenings from 18.30 and at afternoon concerts from one hour before the starting time. Please note that the box office is not open during free concerts and activities.
You can make a reservation online.
Certainly, visitors with walking difficulties can contact us to reserve a seat (Mon-Fri 10 am-6pm, 020 788 2150).

We are pin only, so you can only pay with pin or credit card.
If a concert is rescheduled or canceled, we will announce this immediately via the website and inform ticket buyers. If you have bought tickets for a rescheduled or canceled concert and you have not yet been contacted by us, please contact our box office: + 31 20 788 2150 / kassa@bimhuis.nl. If concerts are rescheduled or canceled, you will receive a refund or a replacement ticket.

The General Visitor Conditions VSCD 2021 apply at the BIMHUIS. These were filed on September 27, 2021, at the Registry of the Amsterdam Court under number 50/2021. A copy of these conditions can be downloaded from here.
Of course, you can’t start early enough. Special rates apply to children per concert. To be assured of a place, we recommend that you make a reservation for these reduction tickets via kassa@bimhuis.nl. These discounts apply to all concerts organized by the BIMHUIS with the exception of youth concerts.
Yes, there is a free and unsupervised cloakroom. BIMHUIS is not liable for loss, damage or theft.
There is parking in the Piet Hein garage, located directly below the BIMHUIS.
It is not allowed to photograph during concerts without permission from the BIMHUIS. Photographers can report to the BIMHUIS, preferably well in advance via press@bimhuis.nl. Rules regarding photography can be found in our house rules.
VriendenLoterij
With your VriendenLoterij VIP CARD, you receive a 50% discount on the regular ticket price, excluding processing fees per order.
You can purchase a maximum of 1 ticket per performance with a 50% discount per VriendenLoterij VIP CARD, with a maximum of 4 tickets per calendar year per VIP CARD.
You can start buying discounted tickets 4 months before the performance date.
You order 1 ticket at a 50% discount using your VriendenLoterij VIP CARD; for the 2nd and subsequent tickets for that performance, you pay the regular price.
You can purchase one ticket per VIP CARD with a 50% discount per performance. For example, if you have two VIP CARDS, you can purchase two tickets for a single performance.

No, the 50% discount through your VriendenLoterij VIP CARD is only valid for tickets purchased online via the website of BIMHUIS.
Download the VriendenLoterij app to always have your VIP CARD on hand. Log in with your VriendenLoterij account, and you’ll find your VIP CARD right in the app. Don’t have an account yet? You can easily create one through the app. For more information, visit the VriendenLoterij website.
As a participant in the VriendenLoterij, you’ll receive a personal VriendenLoterij VIP CARD. With your VIP CARD, you can always have fun throughout the Netherlands. It’s not possible to retroactively apply the VIP CARD discount to tickets you’ve already purchased.
We check daily to verify that you’re still a participant in the VriendenLoterij and that your VIP CARD is therefore still valid.
The VriendenLoterij VIP CARD discount generally cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts, unless otherwise indicated.
