Service Charges

When buying a ticket, you pay us a service fee of €2 per ticket, these are the so-called service charges. The service fee is included in the ticket price. These charges are necessary to keep our organization running smoothly and to ensure that you as a visitor have a pleasant experience.

We divide the service costs into three components:

Annual costs – We continuously invest in our ticketing system that allows you to purchase tickets online quickly and easily, with clear information about each event.

One-time investments – We ensure well-functioning equipment such as fast scanners and printers, minimizing your wait time upon entry so you can quickly find your place.

Event costs – These include our cashiers and hosts, who provide a hospitable welcome and ensure good flow at the entrance.
