If you’re using a wheelchair, walker, or mobility scooter, you can easily reach us via the Piet Hein parking garage or the entrance at Kade. From there, take the lift to the BIMHUIS. The lift door is 88 cm wide, but if you need a wider entrance, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to help. Reach out to us using the contact info below

Wheelchair Spaces
Our venue has wheelchair spots that are level with our café. On our venue map, these are the spots around the tables at the Balcony area. Reservations can only be made by phone or email using the contact details below.

Accessible Toilet
Of course, we have an accessible toilet. The access to that toilet is through a sliding door that’s 100 cm wide.

Service Dogs Welcome
Service dogs are allowed throughout our building. When attending concerts, we recommend that guests with visual impairments choose a (seating) place on the balcony.

Support for the hearing impaired
We have options for individuals with hearing limitations. It is advisable to contact us in advance so that we can prepare the appropriate option.
