Stephan Braun
Stephan Braun cello
Jazz cellist Stephan Braun takes the medium jazz cello to the next level. His improvisations and theme shifts, be it the Maccabeus theme, My Favorite Things, the Rococo Variations or jazz standards, it is all incredibly virtuoso and exciting. And it swings! He thinks that is very important, according to Stephan Braun the major role of the cello in jazz is “The Groove”. And you can hear and feel that immediately.
