Chris Potter is one of the most influential voices in contemporary jazz. With his inexhaustible inventiveness, exceptional technical command and warm tone, he has long been the benchmark for a whole generation of saxophonists. He made his name in the bands of Dave Holland and Dave Douglas, appeared as a sideman on more than one hundred recordings, and has shared the stage with Herbie Hancock, John Scofield and Steely Dan, among others. As a bandleader he has released fifteen albums.

In a trio setting, his extraordinary playing shines even more. Potter is joined by bassist Matt Brewer, known for his work with Lee Konitz and Aaron Parks, and drummer Kendrick Scott, a mainstay of the Blue Note All-Stars.
