Cato van Dijck made her name with My Baby, the band whose hypnotic mix of psychedelic swamp, blues rock and grooves took her on tour around the world, from Lowlands and Pinkpop to Glastonbury. Folk, soul, pop and jazz come together naturally in her singing and playing. Anton Goudsmit is regarded as one of the most original guitarists in the Netherlands, with a daring, playful approach to rhythm and sound that never fails to surprise.

As a duo they play a mix of original songs and existing material, with Van Dijck on vocals, bass and piano and Goudsmit on guitar. ‘Making music with Anton means daring to let go of everything and approaching it anew. Two musical worlds melt together into one intuition,’ says Van Dijck. Goudsmit feels the same way: ‘When you play with Cato, it’s as if everything starts to move. Because of her, my guitar and I get wings.’
