Footage from their first performance as a duo promises a thrilling mix of original tracks and existing songs. Expect a set full of gems, intense, playful, and free, featuring Cato van Dijck on vocals, bass, and piano, and Anton Goudsmit on guitar.

Cato van Dijck made her name with My Baby and their hypnotic blend of psychedelic swamp, blues rock, and grooves. With this band she toured all over the world, from Lowlands and Pinkpop to Glastonbury. Folk, soul, pop and jazz are blended organically in her singing and playing.

Cato: ‘Making music with Anton means having the nerve to let go of everything and to have a fresh approach. Two musical worlds merge into a common intuition.’

Anton Goudsmit is considered one of the most original guitarists in the Netherlands. His playing is characterized by creativity, guts, and a playful approach to rhythm and sound—always alert, intuitive, and surprising. He was a member of New Cool Collective and is a founder of The Ploctones.

Anton: ‘When you play with Cato, it’s like everything is set into motion. Because of her, my guitar and I take flight.’
