From plaintive piano to sparkling Fender Rhodes and enchanting electronics: Bugge Wesseltoft has a whole range of possibilities at his disposal. His series of solo albums has reached its fifth instalment last year with the release of AM ARE. Once again it showcases his diversity, with percussive acoustic playing as well as live sampling and minimalistic parts. This solo performance will be just as surprising.

Norwegian music innovator Bugge Wesseltoft came tot he forefront in the 1990s and was early to embrace the emerging dance and club culture. He collaborated with jazz musicians such as Jan Garbarek and Billy Cobham, as well as with DJ/producers such as Laurent Garnier and Henrik Schwarz. In 2023 he played a sold-out show on our stage with the futuristic trio Rymden.
