Beatriz enchants with danceable jazz, Cuban style. The band is led by pianist Laura Beatriz Argudin Tella, born in Havana, Cuba. The music is in her blood: Laura is the daughter of latin jazz legend Rodolfo Argudin ‘Peruchín’ and the great-granddaughter of iconic pianist Pedro Justiz ‘Peruchín’. Het six-piece band was named after her mother and excels in a mix of old and new styles.

From traditional son montuno and chachacha to fiery latin jazz: Beatriz embraces it all and can transform any venue into a sultry night club. De Rotterdam-based band includes international top musicians. Soon they will release their first complete album, the follow-up to their EP Momentos.

After the concert the music will continue with a Cuban salsa party at our café with an incredible view, where everybody is invited to dance. Salsa Panorama, organized by Salsa District, has become a tradition at the BIMHUIS.
