Orchestre Partout Lab
A meeting between musical masters, musicians from the Middle East & Africa and students from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.

ORCHESTRE PARTOUT LAB is a laboratory for young musicians with diverse cultural backgrounds. Masters of contemporary improvised music – such as Guy Salamon, Tijn Wybenga, Fuensanta, Martin Fondse, Kika Sprangers ans Yoràn Vroom – accompany young talents during two intensive days. The result of this meeting is a playfull concert where musical traditions are freely mixed with contemporary jazz. Half of the newly formed band consists of musicians with roots in the Middle East or Africa, who once came to the Netherlands as refugees, the other half are international students from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. Entry is free, scroll down for the complete agenda.
With the belief that music is a universal language that connects people, Orchestre Partout has been making music with asylum center residents, status holders, and Dutch colleagues since 2010. In this way, it contributes to a colorful society where everyone can develop their musical talent and every voice counts and is heard. Orchestre Partout is a breeding ground for musical talent from all parts of the world. Especially for newcomers, it offers a continuous learning path: from grassroots to professional level.
