VINICIUS CANTUARIA & BILL FRISELL

For many years now the Brazilian singer-songwriter Vinicius Cantuária has been living in New York, where he lets his intoxicating bossa novas and sambas cross with the adventurous jazz of the Downtown-scene. He has been playing with electric guitar player and innovator Bill Frisell for some 25 years. Their new project Lagrimas Mexicanas (Mexican Tears) was inspired by the various Latin communities in New York.
