Trumpet player and singer Chet Baker is one of the unforgettable voices of American jazz. 25 years ago, on the night of May 13, 1988, he died in Amsterdam of a fall from the window of Hotel Prins Hendrik. In 2013 memorial concerts will be given throughout the Netherlands. This unique tribute unites no less than six of the best Dutch trumpet players. The rhythm section is comprised of pianist Rob van Bavel, double bassist Ruud Ouwehand and drummer John Engels, who have all performed with Chet Baker.
