RAPHAEL VANOLI

This month visual artist Sarah van Sonsbeeck, currently artist-in-residence at Academy of Architecture Amsterdam, will host a two week research project on silence, the so-called Winter School, in which all students of the academy will take part. The opening night on 15 January at BIMHUIS features a lecture by artist Ahmet Ögüt on Silent University, his project involving issues surrounding refugees and migrants, which initially started at Tate Modern www.silentuniversity.org. The second part of the evening is a 0-100 dB concert by Raphael Vanoli, who’s known as a member of the band Knalpot.
