The Ex storms the stage at the children’s afternoon of Bimhuis and Muziekgebouw aan ’t IJ. Music that’s alive and energizing! Afterwards DJ Zea at the Bimhuis cafe and there will be various musical activities in the whole building.
Drummer Katherina plays the beat while Terrie, Andy and Arnold tear the stage with their guitars. The Ex always gives 100%. The musicians do it all themselves and that is why they’re called ‘punk’. Still, they cannot be categorized and they play with everyone they like, even poets, artists and writers. They visited their favorite musicians in Africa and brought them to The Netherlands to play concerts. The Ex performs everywhere, from dark basements to large festivals and now at the Bimhuis. Music that’s alive and energizing!
