The Young VIPs Tournee will once again be presenting its annual double bill of some of Holland’s most talented young jazz musicians. Trumpet player Sanne van Hek and her new trio The Black Napkins, with guitarist Jasper Stadhouders and drummer Gerri Jäger have been invited by programmers from the Vereniging van Jazz en Improvisatiemuziek Podia (VIP) (Society for the Staging of Jazz and Improvised Music). The other half of the double bill will be filled by The Blazin’ Quartet, winner of the Dutch Jazz Competition 2008.
