Trumpet player/composer Terence Blanchard, praised by famous colleagues such as Roy Hargrove, is currently ‘the hardest working man in jazz’, according to Jazz Times. The Grammy-winning musician from New York has celebrated success with his Blue Note album Magnetic, convinced critics with his jazz opera The Champion and remains a leading composer of film music, for Spike Lee and George Lucas, among others.
