SPINIFEX SPECIAL

Spinifex celebrates its fifth anniversary with a festival concert in its home base Amsterdam. The musicians in Spinifex have backgrounds in jazz, contemporary classical music, world music and metal. They join forces in an adventurous expedition along the borders of these genres. This pool of natural born improvisers presents three recent projects, all of which received kudos at prestigious international festivals, that include the ‘Indian Woodstock’ and the Fireflies Festival in Bangalore. Buis, Tobias Klein, Jasper Blom and Ned McGowan.
