How would you experience Amsterdam CS if you listen to the
stations’ sounds as if they were a symphony? In a place where we usually
walk at high speed and with hasty determination to reach our goal, the
Genetic Choir invites you to walk with them and make listening the
foremost priority.

Become still while listening to the wealth of different sounds in one of the busiest places in the Netherlands.

The
soundwalks are organized in preparation for the Loop-Copy-Mutate concerts on 2
July. After the soundwalk you will be able to contribute your own sounds to the
musical database that the concerts will be based on. During the
concerts on 2 July, the public will decide which sounds will be used in
the compositions.

Loop-Copy-Mutate is a piece of music whose audience is an essential part of the performance.

Sound walks (above ground):
4 June, 2.30pm
17 June, 10.30am
25 June, 2.30pm

North-South Line concerts (underground):
2 July 2017 – 1pm / 3pm / 7pm / 9pm

A ticket for one of the Genetic Choir concerts on July 2 will offer free entry to the soundwalk.
In that case, please make your reservation for a Soundwalk via soundwalks@genetic-choir.org.

The Bimcard is not valid for the Soundwalks.
