Shooster is the New Swing Jazz of solid bass player Sven Shuster, Edison winner Efraïm Trujillo, Amsterdam’s most exciting guitarist Anton Goudsmit and darling drummer Victor de Boo. The result of this original mix of (inter)nationally awarded musicians is a tremendous amount of energy and creativity in which power jazz, blues, latin and funk come together. From 8:30 pm the quartet will play one long set followed by a jam session in which the new students of Conservatorium van Amsterdam will battle with the musicians of Shooster, and others, opening the academy season.
