The American tenor player Scott Hamilton (1954) established a name in groups of Roy Eldridge, Hank Jones, Anita O’Day and Benny Goodman. In 1977 he brought out his debut album with the great title ‘Scott Hamilton is a good wind who is blowing us no ill’. ‘Hamilton has helped redefine mainstream jazz for two decades.
