During the annual Dutch Book Week guitarist Corrie van Binsbergen traditionally invites well-known Dutch writers to the Bimhuis stage. Poet/writer Tonnus Oosterhoff, based in the Groningen area, will receive this years prestigious Dutch literary award P.C. Hooftprijs in May. Fleming Elvis Peeters made his debut as a punk singer and likes to transpose his literary works to the stage. Josse De Pauw works as a playwright, actor and director with various Flemish theater companies and has already created an opera with Van Binsbergen.
