Her quartet Sanne Sanne connects the sensual sound of indie-folk with the fresh twists and turns of contemporary jazz.

The passion to contribute to the current musical landscape has always been there for Sanne Huijbregts. As a little girl she walked on the Dutch bike paths and the European mountain hiking trails with her flawless singing voice, and spent her vacations looking forward to the moment when she could get behind the piano at home again to write pieces of music. After a multi-year search for her own sound as both singer and percussionist, she comes out with her debut album Mountain Child.
