Ruben Hein has gained notoriety as a singer ever since his debut album Loose Fit, which appeared in 2010 on the legendary Blue Note label. Celebrating his roots as a jazz pianist he created instrumental versions of his songs with an acoustic jazz trio, for the special CD Revisited. Following gigs in pop venues with his band and in the Carré theatre with the Metropole Orchestra, he will now tour the greatest jazz clubs in The Netherlands for instrumental performances with double bassist Ernst Glerum and drummer Joost Patocka.
