PRINSES CHRISTINA JAZZCONCOURS

During the Prinses Christina Jazzconcours, young jazz musicians will perform for an audience and a jury with Jesse van Ruller, Ruud van Dijk, Fay Claassen, Rein de Graaff, Tineke Postma and Randal Corsen. The preliminary rounds take place at the Bimhuis on Saturday and Sunday from 10AM. Special guest Benjamin Herman will lead a master class for several participants on Saturday afternoon. During the finals of the contest in the big hall of the Muziekgebouw aan ‘t IJ on Sunday evening Herman will be guest soloist of the New Generation Big Band.
