With his confident tenor sound Pete Christlieb is regarded as one of the greatest West Coast saxophonists. The soloist from Los Angeles has always been in great demand as a session musician. He played with Count Basie, Benny Goodman, Quincy Jones and the Tonight Show Band and he shined on records by Steely Dan and Tom Waits.
