This year saxophonist Paul van Kemenade will open the Tilburg jazz fest Stranger Than Paranoia for the sixteenth time, after which he will travel to the Bimhuis for a reprise. The alto saxophonist and composer plays two duo sets with pianists Harmen Fraanje and Michiel Braam, a trio set with trumpet player Eric Vloeimans and bassist Wiro Mahieu, and finally with his own quintet.
