Turntable wizard Kypski (C-Mon & Kypski, Caro Emerald) is challenged by one of the coolest, most exciting jazz groups in the Netherlands.

The New Rotterdam Jazz Orchestra is emerging as one of the coolest, most exciting jazz groups in The Netherlands. Following successful concert series with guest soloists Eric Vloeimans, Ernst Reijseger and Anton Goudsmit the orchestra now invited turntable wizard Kypski, known as the scratcher, drummer and producer of C-Mon & Kypski. This six-time Dutch DJ champion and scratching virtuoso is challenged by the Rotterdam orchestra. Kypski recently released his first solo album Wreck fader, a psychedelic yet clubby trip through the microscopic world of the record groove, featuring guest appearances by, among others, Caro Emerald and Daedelus.

The Bimhuis restaurant is open prior to the concert from 6.30 til 8.30PM (reservations via 020-7882158). After the concert, the Bimhuis Café is open (free entrance).
