Kim-José Bode and Marc Nukoop are the curators for this edition of Monday Match. They will improvise together with a group of dancers. Kim-José Bode is co-founder of the ensemble aXolot, which brings together music theatre, visual art and dance. She studied recorder at Sweelinck Conservatory and finished the master’s course Music Theatre (T.I.M.E.) at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague. Marc Nukoop has wide experience in the field of music and dance improvisation. He has studied dance en choreography and he works as a sound artist with electronics and live sampling, often performing with dance companies.
Every first Monday of the month, during Monday Match, dancers and musicians collaborate to create unique improvisational performances on-the-spot in front of a live audience. The unusual pairings will inspire performers and audiences alike.
Afterwards 22:00, free admission: DJ PHILIPPONA Jazz Lost & Found. Dance till midnight to the eclectic mix of hidden treasures & crazy grooves
