From Bolivia to Tuva and from Vietnam to Rwanda; pianist Mike Del Ferro travels the whole world for his crossover music projects. Last year he recorded a CD with Brazilian musicians from Belo Horizonte. Back in Amsterdam he presents a programme that exudes his passion for Brazilian music. In his new trio he plays with in-demand bass player Jeroen Vierdag and drummer Bruno Castellucci, known for his forty year collaboration with Toots Thielemans.
