MICHIEL BORSTLAP SOLO 2010

With his new compositions for solo piano Michiel Borstlap mixes jazz with classical music. At the Bimhuis he presents his new CD/DVD, SOLO 2010, featuring his own compositions alongside Thelonious Monk’s Four In One. Borstlap made an earlier recording of this piece with Han Bennink and Ernst Glerum for the award winning CD Monk. Borstlap’s popularity with international audiences has increased over the years.
