Big band leader Guillermo Klein has a pleasing night club voice and plays simple, but effective piano This Argentinean-Spanish musician owes his reputation to his attractive compositions, that have much in common with the work of Piazzolla, Wayne Shorter and such European composers as Messiaen. He spent a relatively short time as a resident in New York but such musicians as Jeff Ballard and Miguel Zenon still love to work with him. Tonight Klein will be leading the Metropole Orkest.
