The prime of the improvised and modern composed music are united in this orchestra of viola player Maurice Horsthuis. This is not surprising come to think that he composed for the Mondriaan Quartet and the New Sinfonietta Amsterdam, he performed as a soloist with the ICP Orchestra and with Maarten Altena and created successful musical mixtures with the Amsterdam String Trio and Amsterdam Drama.
