MARTIJN VAN ITERSON QUARTET

Martijn van Iterson is considered to be one of the greatest jazz guitarists of Holland. Like Jesse van Ruller, he graduated cum laude at the Music Conservatory of Hilversum, where he studied with the legendary Wim Overgaauw. He performed as a guest soloist with the Skymasters and the Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw, was involved with jazz dance and fusion but with this eminent quartet he plays ‘contemporary jazz with an eye for tradition’.
