Mark Lettieri Group

Mark Lettieri is best known for his guitar work for the American supergroup Snarky Puppy. Aside from supple funk jazz accompaniments and ripping rock solos, he also contributes compositions and arrangements on a regular basis. Now he’s back with his own group featuring bass guitarist Wes Stephenson and drummer Jason ‘JT’ Thomas, who can also be heard on all six of Lettieri’s solo albums.

With Snarky Puppy, Lettieri has already won four Grammy Awards. He’s also part of the group Fearless Flyers, and he played with famous artists in a great variety of genres. For example, singer Erykah Badu, with whom he has toured extensively as a guitarist. He also played with rappers such as 50 Cent and Lupe Fiasco, and with gospel singers such as Anthony Evans en Kirk Franklin.
