An improvised space opera for two voices, musicians and universe, adapted from the cult classic Dimension of Miracles by Robert Sheckley from 1968. How much time do you need to leave behind a safe but colorless existence and to enter the cosmos of new adventures? The time you need to say ‘yes’ to a messenger from outer space who offers you the grand prize of an intergalactic lottery. But when she left the earth too far behind, Alice discovers that also somewhere else in the universe you can’t get things for free. During a magic journey along remote star systems and unknown worlds, new, unexpected and life threatening problems show up. To name one of them: how will she get back home again? The Making of Alice in Space can be followed on www.inekevandoorn.com
