Like two tightrope walkers moving toward each other on a rope that stretches from songs (Barbara, The Beatles) to classical music to improvisation, singer Leïla Martial and cellist Valentin Ceccaldi offer us their finest: quintessential poetic harmony. This fall their new album will be released on the well-known Hungarian label BMC Records.

Leïla Martial is a young, new, captivating voice who made a sensational entrance into the world of jazz divas. She took France by surprise with the release of her album Dance Floor, which included her original compositions alongside a remarkable version of Billie Holiday’s ‘Left Alone’. Valentin Ceccaldi previously performed on our stage together with his equally virtuosic brother, violinist Théo Ceccaldi.
