The concert series Latin Crossroads has latin jazz as its point of departure. Percussionist Jaime Rodríguez and his latin jazz band perform with special guest Jeroen van Helsdingen on Fender Rhodes.

Latin Crossroads stages musical crossovers, with Latin jazz as its point of departure. Pianist Jeroen van Helsdingen is the special guest in this edition of the concert series at the Bimhuis café. In Latin Crossroads he plays with a latin jazz group led by percussion player Jaime Rodriguez, also known as band leader of Rumbatá Big Band and Rumbatá Beat Band.

Jeroen van Helsdingen studies piano at the conservatory of The Hague and he has won several jazz awards. He was part of The Ob6sions, the house band of the Radio6 jazz show Mijke & Co Love, and he has recorded albums with EGO and jazz/fusion duo Hybris.

The Bimhuis restaurant is open between 5 & 8 PM (reservations via 020-7882158). There will be a special menu with fajitas en ensaladas.
