JOHN ABERCROMBIE QUARTET FEAT. MARK FELDMAN, THOMAS MORGAN, JOEY BARON

John Abercrombie’s new music may sound calmer, but stylistically it’s as rich as his psychedelic jazz from the 1960s. The full-bodied sound of his electric guitar coalesces perfectly with the violin of Marc Feldman and Joey Baron’s drums. With these wizards from the Downtown scene Abercrombie already created three albums, intertwining jazz with folk, raga, gypsy music and African music.
