The project covers a large range of styles, form The Birth Of The Cool, to which a suite is dedicated, to late John Coltrane. For the arrangements he worked together with Gunther Schuller who was a member of the Miles The Birth Of The Cool Nonet. ‘Joe Lovano is one of the greatest musicians in jazz history.’ (The New York Times).
