JEF NEVE TRIO

Pianist Jef Neve is hailed in Flanders as the ‘crown prince of Belgian jazz’. Universal released his, ‘Nobody is Illegal’, which became the best selling jazz CD of recent years in his homeland. The foreign press universally praised the album. Neve’s playing exhibits the influences of Keith Jarrett and Brad Mehldau, his tutor. His classical background comes to the surface of his compositions, as does his love for the pop music of Joni Mitchell and Radiohead.
