JAZZMANIA BIG BAND FEAT. DENISE JANNAH

For over 25 years the Jazzmania Big Band has been the main platform for young jazz talent at the MSA, the Music School of Amsterdam. Jazzmania plays everywhere, from the Lowlands festival to the Concertgebouw venue. At the Bimhuis the orchestra will accompany the Paramaribo-born jazz vocalist Denise Jannah, who caused an international sensation in the late 1990s with her three albums released on the Blue Note label. ‘Jannah’s voice is fine, rich, certain’ (Downbeat).

entrance).
