The American trombone and tuba player Partyka is a veteran of a great number of major European big bands like the Vienna Art Orchestra, the NDR and WDR bands and the New Art Orchestra of Bob Brookmeyer. With the latter he shares a love for unconventional, diverse and dynamic orchestral sounds with a large range of shades and timbres.
