JAZZ ORCHESTRA OF THE CONCERTGEBOUW & SIMON RIGTER, MARCO KEGEL

The Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw can play anything, also the complex lines of jazz guru Tristano, that will, no doubt, shine in a new transformation thanks to the arrangements and orchestrations of Henk Meutgeert. The two main soloists are, very suitable, an alto and tenor saxophonist but definitely no epigones of Lee Konitz and Warne Marsh.
