China with a smile. As part of the Amsterdam China Festival that takes place during the entire month of October on various locations in Amsterdam, the 18 piece Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw travels to the Chinatown of American Musicals. The big band brings a sparkling program with music from the American Songbook that refers to China.
