JAZZ ORCHESTRA OF THE CONCERTGEBOUW & BARRY HARRIS

The Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw welcomes 81 year-old pianist Barry Harris for an ode to Charlie Parker. Harris experienced the genesis of bebop. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of the styles of Bud Powell and Thelonious Monk, a close personal friend of his.
