JAMES FARM: JOSHUA REDMAN/AARON PARKS/MATT PENMAN/ERIC HARLAND

Saxophone player Joshua Redman was a great promise when he won the Thelonious Monk Competition in 1991. In the band James Farm he joins forces with a great talent from the new jazz generation, pianist Aaron Parks. Egos are put aside; James Farm is all about the band spirit. All musicians share their fascination for song structures, groove and contemporary influences. The four members all bring in compositions. ‘These are musicians at the top of their game’ (All About Jazz).
