Exciting latin, funk and dance intertwine on La Loma de la Cruz, the brand new album of the Jaime Rodríguez Band. ‘No holds barred’, Jazzism cheers about the debut album of the Dutch supergroup. Band leader is the Colombian-born percussionist Jaime Rodríguez, who plays a key part in the Dutch latin jazz scene. He has led the renowned ensembles Rumbatá and Rumbatá Big Band, and he currently leads the concert series Latin Crossroads at Bimhuis.
