Cities change the songs of birds is a multimedia extravaganza, a mix of pop, rock, jazz and classical music, about criminals, prostitutes, junkies and beauty.

JacobTV, or Jacob ter Veldhuis, is internationally renowned for his Boombox compositions: direct, gripping music based on voices sampled from American media. In his colourful multimedia performances he combines live music with theatre and video art. The brand new JacobTV Band features Dutch jazz musicians as well as classical harp player Lavinia Meijer. They take you on a dazzling journey along the fringes of Western consumer society.
