Afro-Cuban music and hip-hop collide in funk timba, the exciting new style invented by Interactivo. This free-spirited band originated from jam sessions in the Havana club scene. The eye-catchers of the group are the popular singer-songwriter William Vivanco and rap queen Telmary Diaz, who has previously collaborated with Ojos de Brujo. ‘Funky as hell… Anyone interested in what’s happening in Cuba today need look no further’ (Songlines).
